30-NIGHT SLEEP GUARANTEE (Pillowcases)

Our silk pillowcases are made from the finest Grade 6A Mulberry Silk in 25-Momme with a specially commissioned weave and finishing process that gives our fabric its trademark qualities of impossibly smooth hand feel and a matt sheen.

Each of our products have been designed in our London studio and manufactured to the highest standards of quality.

We've developed the most superior silk products on the market, as we want the world to discover the joy and benefits from sleeping with silk. So, we're offering a 30-night sleep guarantee.

If you have bought a silk pillowcase, have slept with it and are not completely satisfied with it, simply return it to us for a full refund of the product purchase price.

EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR SLEEP GUARANTEE

If you're not in love with your Mayfairsilk product after sleeping on it for 30 nights, send us an email to orders@mayfairsilk.com, quoting your name and order number. Claiming under this guarantee should be made within 32 days of you receiving the product.  We will provide you with a return authorisation number.

Please return products in original packaging, by tracked postage (retaining proof of postage) to the following address. Include a note with your return authorisation number and a copy of the original invoice/packing slip.

Please keep a copy of your tracked postage information for returns so that you can track the item.  Mayfairsilk cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

If you received rewards credit for the order being returned and have already redeemed this credit on a subsequent order, then the refund will be less the value of the rewards credit redeemed.

If exchanging: Once we have received your item we will dispatch your nominated exchange item.

In the case of a return/exchange due to manufacturer's defect or incorrect item being sent to you, we will reimburse you for your return shipping costs. For non-defect returns/exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Manufacturing defects should be notified to us prior to the product being used (eg. pulled threads, marks/blemishes, stitching etc).  

We endeavour to process returns / exchanges within one week of receiving them.

RISK-FREE SHOPPING (All items other than Pillowcases)

We believe in the quality of our products, and stand by them. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mayfairsilk® purchase and you have not used, washed or marked the product in any way and you notify us in writing of your intention to return your order to us in its original, unopened package  we will issue you a return authorisation number. Your order must be returned within 14 days of notifying us to return your order. 

Please note the cost of any international shipping on your order, or import customs fees/duties/taxes paid on your import cannot be reimbursed.

Note: Items bought on sale: You have 14 days to cancel for a refund, so long as the product is unusused / unopened / and resalable condition, and the product is received back within 14 days of cancellation. 

We take great care to ensure that all orders are properly packaged and protected; however, if your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR RISK-FREE SHOPPING (30 DAYS)

Please email us for a return authorisation number. Once you receive this, please return the products in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, by tracked postage (retaining proof of postage) to the following address.

Mayfairsilk cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.  If items arrive damaged/used/not in resalable condition, we are unable to refund your order.

If returning: Once we have received your item, please allow 5 days for us to process your return and we will initiate the refund back to the credit card that you originally used to make the purchase. If you received rewards credit for the order being returned and have already redeemed this credit on a subsequent order, then the refund will be less the value of the rewards credit redeemed.  You will receive an automated email once the refund has been processed on our end (note it can take 5-7 working days for your bank to show the funds back on your card). 

If exchanging: Once we have received your item we will dispatch your nominated exchange item.

Please note that Mayfairsilk will not refund the return postage unless the goods delivered were incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
