For international orders, we recommend you anticipate the potential for additional delay of the delivery timeline in the schedule below by 1-5 working days due to the ongoing impact of Covid measures worldwide. We apologise for these delays but they are beyond anyone's control.

All items once dispatched are sent by tracked courier and you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

Prices on our website displayed in GBP include UK VAT. If you select another currency other than GBP, the website shows the price without UK VAT.

We operate all international parcels on Delivery Duty Paid terms:
This means that any applicable taxes related to shipping to your country will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. After completing your purchase, we will handle all the paperwork and make the payments for customs/ duty/ import taxes.  Ordering with us is simple and straightforward, you won't be asked for any further tax charges from your local government or the courier when you shop with us.  

Note for our European customers, as the UK has now left the EU, the above is also relevant for you. UK VAT will be removed and any EU taxes due will be calculated and included on your order at checkout.
