Our Guarantee - Returns


We believe in the quality of our products, and stand by them. If you are not completely satisfied with your MayfairSilk™ product,  you have not used or washed the product and you return it to us in its original package within 30 days of the tracked delivery date (the day you receive the product), we will refund the product purchase price in full.

We take great care to ensure that all orders are properly packaged and protected; however, if your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. 


Please ensure that you contact us within 30 days of shipment by email on, quoting your name and order number. We will provide you with a return authorisation number. 

Please only return products, in original unopened packaging, by tracked postage (retaining proof of postage) to the following address. Include a note with your return authorisation number and a copy of the original invoice/packing slip.

Please keep a copy of your tracked postage information for returns so that you can track the item.  MayfairSilk cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we will reimburse you for your return shipping costs. For non-defect returns, we will reimburse for the price of the product only. 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We endeavour to process returns or exchanges within one week of receiving them.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
