All our products are located in our UK warehouse and all orders are fulfilled from here. 

UK Orders: Place your order before 1pm on a weekday and our warehouse team will dispatch your order the same day - see delivery table below.

International Orders: Place your order before 1pm on a weekday and our warehouse team will aim to dispatch it the same day. During busy periods, dispatch may take place on the next working day, as international parcels must be weighed and measured before collection can be booked. 

All items once dispatched are sent by tracked courier and you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

We operate all international parcels on Delivery Duty Paid terms:
This means that any applicable taxes related to shipping to your country will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. 

After completing your purchase, we will handle all the paperwork and make the payments for customs/ duty/ import taxes. 

Ordering with us is simple and straightforward; you won't be asked for any further tax charges from your local government or the courier when you shop with us.  

Note for our European customers: as the UK has now left the EU, the above is also relevant for you. UK VAT will be removed and any EU taxes due will be calculated and included on your order at checkout.
