- Other full-price products: Return within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, unmarked and uncreased, with original packaging in unmarked, resalable condition.
- Return postage: You arrange and pay for non-faulty returns to our UK warehouse. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution at no cost to you.
- Exceptions: Sale items are excluded from the extended 30-day policy. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Fabulous as ever , excellent quality
The pillow case gift box was lovely although the pillow case itself was extremely creased inside. The packaging it came in was completely crumpled - the cardboard hadn't been sealed together properly and the gift card inside was crumpled and ruined. Even worse, even if it had been okay, the message inside the gift card had been written upside down!
