Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays.
International orders may be dispatched the next working day during busy periods, as parcels require additional preparation before courier collection.
All delivery estimates are measured from the dispatch date, rather than the order date.
- Standard UK mainland: Free tracked DPD delivery on orders of £50 or more; £3.95 below £50. Expected delivery: the next working day after dispatch.
- Scottish Highlands and Islands: Free delivery on orders of £90 or more; £12.95 below £90. Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days.
- Northern Ireland: Free delivery on orders of £100 or more; £12.95 below £100. Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days.
- Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man: Free delivery on orders of £180 or more; £19.95 for orders from £120 to £179.99, or £29.95 below £120. Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days.

- Silk pillowcases: Enjoy our 30-night sleep guarantee. Try your pillowcase at home for up to 30 nights; if it isn’t right for you, return it for a refund of the pillowcase purchase price.
- Other full-price products: Return within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, unmarked and uncreased, with original packaging in unmarked, resalable condition.
- Return postage: You arrange and pay for non-faulty returns to our UK warehouse. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution at no cost to you.
- Exceptions: Sale items are excluded from the extended 30-day policy. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Nice branded travel bag… just what my silk pillowcase and sleep mask needs
Big fan of Mayfairsilk. Found these silk pillowcases sold in a travel bag in a store in Hong Kong . Looks great and super practical for travel.
I rarely give recommendations, but this multi-purpose travel bag has been a sweet surprise. It came along with my Mayfairsilk 360 eye mask and from the first instance I felt assured of its quality as the zip is sturdy and unlike other makeup pouches, this bag was not flimsy. It's compact size makes it easy to carry in my tote and with my daily makeup . I can first hand say that is durable, easy to wash and reuse.
