- Other full-price products: Return within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, unmarked and uncreased, with original packaging in unmarked, resalable condition.
- Return postage: You arrange and pay for non-faulty returns to our UK warehouse. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution at no cost to you.

I am delighted with the pillowcase. I was advised by my hairdresser to use a silk pillowcase as my fine hair breaks so easily. My last one was not good quality & split very quickly. I thought, however, that I was buying a Mulberry pillowcase & that a tree was planted with every purchase, but Mayfair haven’t mentioned this...?
