Wholesale Terms & Conditions (New Accounts)
1.1 Account Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to:
- Retailers, hospitality groups, interior designers, and online businesses
- Businesses operating within approved territories
- Companies aligned with premium positioning and brand values
Approval is at Mayfairsilk’s discretion.
1.2 Wholesale Pricing Structure
Wholesale discounts are tiered based on order value and account performance.

| Intro / Trial | 40% | £1000-£1500 |
| Standard Wholesale | 45% | £2500 |
| Preferred Wholesale | 50% | £7500 |
Discounts apply to standard wholesale SKUs only. Bespoke or limited editions may be excluded.
1.3 Opening Orders
- First orders are supplied at Intro / Trial terms
- Opening order minimum: £1,000–£1,500
- Payment required in full prior to dispatch
1.4 Payment Terms
- New accounts: Pro-forma only
- Credit terms considered after:
- Minimum 2 completed orders
- Consistent payment history
- Sufficient trading volume
1.5 Minimum Reorder Value
- Standard reorder minimum: £1,000
- Preferred tier reorder minimum: £5,000
1.6 Pricing & Brand Protection
- Wholesale partners must adhere to recommended retail pricing
- Discounting, promotions, or marketplace selling require prior written approval
- No third-party marketplace resale without consent
1.7 Returns & Cancellations
- No sale-or-return
- No returns on opened, used, or damaged items
- Order cancellations not accepted once production or dispatch has commenced
1.8 Territory & Channels
- Accounts approved for agreed territories only
- Online sales permitted on the partner’s own website only, unless otherwise agreed
1.9 Lead Times
- Stock items: subject to availability
- Made-to-order or restock items: lead times confirmed at order placement
