Shipping policy

All Mayfairsilk orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse and sent by tracked courier.

UK orders
Place your order before 1pm on a weekday for same-day dispatch.

During exceptionally busy periods or where an order requires additional processing, dispatch may take place on the next working day.

International orders
Place your order before 1pm on a weekday for same-day dispatch. International orders require additional processing, including weighing and measuring before collection is booked. Occasionally, this means the parcel misses that day’s carrier collection window and will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email.

UK Delivery

UK Mainland | DPD Next Working Day

• Free delivery on orders of £50 or more.
• £3.95 on orders under £50.
• Tracked delivery with DPD.
• Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday for same-day dispatch and expected delivery the next working day.
• Orders placed before 1pm on Friday are normally dispatched the same day for Monday delivery.
• Weekend orders are normally dispatched on Monday.

Saturday Delivery

• Free on orders of £150 or more (select this option at checkout)
• £9.95 on orders from £50 to £149.99.
• £15.95 on orders under £50.

International Delivery

International orders are sent by DHL Express with tracking. Delivery times shown below are estimates from dispatch and may be affected by customs or circumstances outside our control.

Duties & Taxes

We ship international orders on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in the amount you pay. We handle the customs payment on your behalf, so you should not be asked to pay additional duties or import taxes when your order arrives.
