Silk care

Hand-wash gently in water below 30°C using a pH-neutral detergent designed for silk. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, wring or tumble dry. Press gently between clean towels, reshape and air-dry in the shade.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays.

International orders may be dispatched the next working day during busy periods, as parcels require additional preparation before courier collection.

All delivery estimates are measured from the dispatch date, rather than the order date.

Standard UK mainland: Free tracked DPD delivery on orders of £50 or more; £3.95 below £50. Expected delivery: the next working day after dispatch.
Scottish Highlands and Islands: Free delivery on orders of £90 or more; £12.95 below £90. Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days.

Silk pillowcases: Enjoy our 30-night sleep guarantee. Try your pillowcase at home for up to 30 nights; if it isn’t right for you, return it for a refund of the pillowcase purchase price.
Other full-price products: Return within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, unmarked and uncreased, with original packaging in unmarked, resalable condition.
Return postage: You arrange and pay for non-faulty returns to our UK warehouse. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution at no cost to you.

I love the feel of the silk mask and the pattern is so beautiful. I have a larger than average head and appreciate that I can tie this to fit. I will probably actually cut the ribbons and stitch them at the right “setting” as sometimes the bow presses in to the back of my head at certain angles. The presentation could do with being a bit more “luxe” to match the product itself, which looks and feels very luxurious indeed. Maybe a thicker cardboard box and for international postage, a longer rectangular box would make it much cheaper to post as it would be classified as a letter. To really finish it off, a little silk drawstring bag should be provided as when you’re travelling you want to keep your mask clean but don’t want to keep it in a box.
