- Silk pillowcases: Enjoy our 30-night sleep guarantee. Try your pillowcase at home for up to 30 nights; if it isn’t right for you, return it for a refund of the pillowcase purchase price.
- Other full-price products: Return within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, unmarked and uncreased, with original packaging in unmarked, resalable condition.
- Return postage: You arrange and pay for non-faulty returns to our UK warehouse. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution at no cost to you.

Good quality material but I expected to actually block 100% of the light, which it doesn’t do it around the nose , I guess I still have to keep looking for the perfect eye mask
Store owner replied: Hi Calin. Thank you for your feedback. In all our testing and reviews it has performed remarkably. Try this adjustment tip: when the mask is placed on, position the mask so the nose cut out is resting on the bridge of your nose and push the wings with your fingers to create a seal with the side of your nose. This should stop and light creeping in.

Without my Mayfair mask, falling asleep is a task. When the light is bright, I'm having to fight. But when it goes black, I will attack. For I will not lose my need to snooze.
Having to self tie this product means the long untied strap gets tangled in my hair and only stays done up if tied in a way that then makes laying down uncomfortable on the knot. Hard to tie when alone. Unsure how I can return not impressed for the cost
Best mask I ever had.
After struggling with disrupted sleep post-sunrise, I looked for a sustainable sleep mask that would benefit/not harm my skin/hair. After scouring the internet, this sleep mask seemed like my best/only option. I have loved using it and not slept a night without it in 6 weeks. As someone with a small head and mild sensory issues, the adjustable head tie is perfect and I adjust for my current comfort levels. Definitely worth a try!
Although I don't use my eye mask frequently, I like the fact that it is comfortable and easy to adjust. The latter was the main contributor why I decided to purchase it.

My sleep has changed. The adjustable elasticated strap feels comfortable and the oversize silk cover blocks out light completely which allows me to sleep better.

Absolutely love this mask. It makes up for the lack of black out blinds in my new bedroom. So soft and light, I barley notice I’m wearing it (and that is saying something because I’m really fussy). I’m a side sleeper so was looking for something that wasn’t bulky and this works amazingly well.
