- Other full-price products: Return within 30 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, unmarked and uncreased, with original packaging in unmarked, resalable condition.
- Return postage: You arrange and pay for non-faulty returns to our UK warehouse. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution at no cost to you.

Bought for a niece to have some consistency between home and boarding school. Like the smart white trim that outlines the beautifully soft double sided silk pillowcase. My only improvement would be for the pillow to come with or additional add on, of a durable pillowcase carrier bag that's tear proof and waterproof so you can take it in handluggage. However, the box the item arrives in is small and fine for non overseas travel

After purchasing a pillow case, I decided to purchase the full bed set... I’m absolutely in love. I purchased a super king size of which the pillowcases that come with the set do need king size pillow (90 x 50) inch. I then purchased the standard flamingo pillow cases which really complements the pink set. I would definitely recommend the bed set... really happy with my purchase and will be purchasing a further set in a different colour.
